| Dominic Gonzales is a program specialist for the Texas Indigent Defense Commission, helping county officials and court administrators develop, implement, and improve indigent defense systems throughout the state. Prior to joining the Commission, Dominic worked on indigent defense issues through a number of non-profit organizations, starting with Texas Appleseed in 2000. Dominic is a graduate of Santa Clara University in California, serves on the board of directors for the National Hispanic Institute, and is on the City of Austin’s Citizen Review Panel for the Office of the Police Monitor. |
