A certified process server may request reconsideration of a decision by the Board pertaining to an application for certification or a disciplinary action. A reconsideration request must be in writing and must be received by the Board within thirty (30) days after the date the Board serves notice of the decision for which reconsideration is requested.
Request for Reconsideration is a necessary prerequisite for appeal.
