You are not approved until your paperwork has been processed and your name has been posted on the Complete List of Certified Process Servers.
Completing Your Application: Applications MUST be typed. Please make certain to carefully read and follow the Instruction Sheet and proof your papers before submitting them to the Board office. Many errors can be caught beforehand and may help prevent delay in processing your application packet. It is extremely beneficial for you to use the Applicant Checklist before submitting your packet.
In accordance with the Rules of Judicial Administration (RJA), Rule 14, the Process Server Review Board has revised its application and will ONLY be accepting the most current version found on this website. These forms may be downloaded to your computer.
