FEES FOR PROCESS SERVER CERTIFICATION

HB 1614, 82nd Legislature, R.S. and Article Seven of SB 1, 82nd Legislature, S.S., authorizes the Process Server Review Board, with approval from the Supreme Court, to collect fees for process server certification and renewal of certification. This legislation became effective September 1, 2011, but the Board did not begin collecting fees until January 1, 2012.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THE BOARD HAS YOUR CORRECT AND CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS ON FILE. If you do not have your correct and current mailing address on file, please submit a Change of Address Form immediately.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PRO-RATED FEE INVOICE, PLEASE REVIEW THE PRO-RATED FEES WHICH ARE BASED UPON YOUR EXPIRATION DATE.
YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT TO THE PSRB BEFORE JANUARY 31, 2012 IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN YOUR CERTIFICATION.
Payment of each fee shall be in the form of a money order, cashier's check, or bank-certified check, made payable to either the Process Server Review Board or the State of Texas. The PSRB will not accept cash or credit/debit cards. All fees are non-refundable.
