Request for Reconsideration is a necessary prerequisite for appeal.
A certified process server may seek to appeal a decision by the Board pertaining to an application for certification or a disciplinary action. A written appeal must be submitted to the General Counsel for the Office of Court Administration within thirty (30) days after the date the written decision is served upon the process server.
