If on September 30, 2011 you hold process server certification and your certification expires on one of the dates highlighted below, you must pay the pro-rated amount stated to retain your certification. Fees are due January 1, 2012 and no later than January 31, 2012.

Upon renewal of your certification, you shall pay the fee amount of $225.00 for a three-year period of certification. Please note that upon renewal of your certification, you must submit your application no less than 45 days before the date of expiration to avoid any additional fees. (See Renewal Schedule) More information on fees may be found on the Process Server Review Board website at www.courts.state.tx.us/psrb/fees.
