Cynthia is a former manager of the El Paso County Collections Department with more than five years' experience. She was responsible for a staff of twenty individuals. She worked closely with judges, court staff, and the Community Supervision and Corrections (Probation) Department in order to implement new ideas that proved to be effective. Collections increased over the years and in 2010 over $4.5 million was collected for District, County and Justice of the Peace Courts.

Karolyn began working in the criminal courts in 1993 as a felony court clerk for the Harris County District Clerk's Office in Houston, Texas. In 1997, she became one of the first collectors for the newly created Criminal Collections Department and in 1998 became supervisor of the same department. The program that was implemented under her leadership received numerous awards including the Texas Association of Counties Best Practices Award in 2001. Prior to joining OCA, she was manager of the Criminal Court Support Division, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Felony Court, County Court, Probable Cause Court and Criminal Intake sections.

Daphne is the former Assistant Director of the Dallas County Criminal Court Collections Department where she was part of the management team for more than eleven years. She was largely responsible for staff training at Dallas County and also worked extensively with the judges and court staff on collections related issues. Daphne also assisted with developing and implementing policies and procedures for the collection department. She oversaw the department’s accounting and management software system conversion and upgrade, a major project for the department and the county. Daphne has more than 18 years experience in the collections field.

Aaron was previously the Collections Department Manager for the County of Hidalgo. He implemented the collection program in Hidalgo County where collections increased from $800,000 to $2.5 million for district and county courts during the first full year of operation. In his six years at Hidalgo County, the collection department collected over $22 million. He has over 17 years experience in the collections field.
