Summary: Participates in development, enhancement, and maintenance of technology projects for the Office of Court Administration (OCA) through a grant from the Texas Supreme Court's Permanent Judicial Commission for Children, Youth and Families. Work involves development of highly complex systems requirements, business process analyses, flow charts, use cases and design documents, plans and manages testing, training and implementation activities for new or updated applications. Responsible for project management activities and assuring that development efforts conform to the OCA Systems Development Life Cycle. Applies project management skills to ensure that technology projects are delivered on-time and with a high level of quality. Assigns work to others. Provides programming support to maintain application systems. This position reports to the Director of Information Services and works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
