Executive Summary

The purpose of this document is to provide two alternative statewide standards for judicial Website presentation and content. The standards include:

• Website Accessibility
• Website Privacy
• Website Transaction Risk
• Judicial Website Content

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) SRRPUB11 World Wide Web Design Standards and Coding Guidelines provide guidance to State of Texas agencies on Web coding and design standards. The DIR Guidelines, as well federal regulations and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards, will be incorporated into these judicial Website presentation and content standards.
