Column Heading Descriptions

CMS Review Date: This refers to the date OCA reviewed the software against a set of case management software criteria. The first review was in April 2003 and the second in October 2004. These reviews led to recommendations concerning DIR statewide contracts for case management software.

Judicial Council Monthly Report to OCA: A check mark in this column indicates that the software possesses the capacity to provide electronic transfer of the Judicial Council Monthly Report to OCA.

eFiling: A check mark in this column indicates that the software is enabled to electronically receive eFiling documents through Texas.gov. OCA cannot test and certify that this interface is in place. Vendors must work with BearingPoint directly to test their eFiling interfaces. Once the interface is confirmed by Texas.gov, OCA can include this interface information on our chart.

TxDPS EDR: A check mark in this column indicates that the software has coordinated with the Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) to electronically send electronic disposition reports to their computerized criminal history database. OCA cannot test and certify that this interface is in place. Vendors must work with TxDPS directly to test the interface. Once the interface is confirmed by TxDPS, OCA can include this interface information on our chart.
