National Guardianship Association Website Training Modules

The following online modules are currently approved for Texas guardianship certification. Certified and provisionally certified guardians can earn one hour of continuing education for each module successfully completed. Modules listed are subject to changes in offering and availability by the NGA. The NGA requires you to complete and submit a test, and obtain a passing score of 75 or higher, before it will issue a certificate of completion. A certification of completion is required to claim the continuing education for the Board's purposes.

Each training prefaced by 'Learn more' is approved by the GCB for 1.0 hour of continuing education. 1.0 hour in ethics is approved for the training "Financial Abuse of the Elderly."
This site will be updated to indicate approval, if granted, for the courses designated as 'Coming Soon' as they become available. All approved trainings may be used for guardianship continuing education from March 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.
