If you are applying for provisional certification and need to find a certified guardian supervisor, you may use the list above to locate certified guardians in your area. Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange for a certified guardian supervisor. Please do not ask Board members or Board staff to contact a certified guardian for you, or intervene on your behalf.
